Ticketed or hourly

By-the-ride tickets run $8 for one ride, $15 for two rides, $20 for three rides — or book by the hour for unlimited rides.

No rails, no setup pit

The train is trackless. It runs on your parking lot, drive loop or flat field.

Fully insured

Choo Choo Express is fully insured and operated by an experienced conductor.

Booking considerations

Before you book

  • By-the-ride bookings have a 3-hour minimum.
  • Requires a performance deposit of at least $600 or $200 per hour, whichever is greater, plus delivery fee. Deposit returned based on sales.
  • Flat concrete or asphalt is preferred. Hills with inclines are not acceptable or safe.

For organizers & committees

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI) available on request — we can name your school, church or city as additional insured.
  • W-9 and itemized invoices provided for purchase orders and district or corporate accounting.
  • Tax-exempt organizations: send your exemption certificate with your booking request.
  • Purchase orders, checks and major credit cards accepted (4% added on credit cards).

Can we sell tickets and keep the proceeds?
By-the-ride bookings require a performance deposit of at least $600 or $200 per hour, whichever is greater, plus delivery fee. The deposit is returned based on sales — please inquire for your event's details.
Do we need a permit?
City parks and some public streets may require a permit. Please check with your local Parks and Recreation Dept.
How much space does the train need?
A flat operating area such as a parking lot or drive loop. Grass may be okay if it is flat and dry with no hills.
