Booking considerations
Before you book
- By-the-ride minimum is 3 hours; by-the-hour bookings are also available.
- Delivery included up to 75 miles from Arlington, Texas; outside that radius add $1.50 per mile.
- Multiple day events by quote. Additional per diem required for overnight stays.
For organizers & committees
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) available on request — we can name your school, church or city as additional insured.
- W-9 and itemized invoices provided for purchase orders and district or corporate accounting.
- Tax-exempt organizations: send your exemption certificate with your booking request.
- Purchase orders, checks and major credit cards accepted (4% added on credit cards).

Questions we get
- Can the train run on grass or a street?
- We need a flat surface like concrete or asphalt. Grass may be okay if it is flat and dry with no hills. Some public streets may require a permit.
- Do you travel outside DFW?
- Yes. We serve Dallas, Fort Worth and surrounding DFW areas, all of North Texas and the rest of Texas. Outside a 75-mile radius of Arlington a $1.50 per mile delivery fee applies.
- Are other trains available?
- Yes — a Premium Passenger Train (gas or electric) and a First Class Electric Train are available for hire. Please inquire for rate and description.
