One adult per car, up to 5 adults, or an adult with two children.

Booking considerations

Before you book

  • Minimum 1 or 2 hours depending on season or holidays.
  • Overtime is pro-rated at the hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
  • A flat operating surface is required; parking lots work well.

For organizers & committees

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI) available on request — we can name your school, church or city as additional insured.
  • W-9 and itemized invoices provided for purchase orders and district or corporate accounting.
  • Tax-exempt organizations: send your exemption certificate with your booking request.
  • Purchase orders, checks and major credit cards accepted (4% added on credit cards).

Questions we get

Can you run in a parking lot?
Yes — flat concrete or asphalt is our preferred operating surface.
How is payment handled?
Deposit and delivery fee are due at booking to confirm the reservation, with the balance due 5 days in advance. Cash, check and major credit cards are accepted (4% added if paid by credit card).
Can we book more than one day?
Multiple day events are quoted individually. Overnight stays require an additional per diem.
